3 Big RevOps Challenges I’m Hoping to Talk About at Agentforce World Tour Boston

June 26th can’t come soon enough.
I’ll be heading to Agentforce World Tour Boston, and if you’re in the Salesforce, RevOps, or GTM ecosystem — let’s find time to talk.

This event is always a great opportunity to connect with smart people doing bold things with CRM, data, automation, and process improvement. And with so many teams trying to scale through complexity right now, RevOps is more critical than ever.

Here are three big challenges I’m looking forward to digging into while I’m there:

1. Disconnected Teams, Tools, and Targets

Let’s be honest: most GTM orgs are still operating in silos.

  • Marketing hands off leads with minimal context
  • Sales updates CRM after deals are closed
  • Customer success inherits churn risks they never saw coming

RevOps exists to solve this — but the implementation is where things get tricky. I’m always curious to hear how teams are working to align Salesforce with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, and customer success platforms, and what’s still getting lost between the cracks.

If this is something your team’s struggling with, I’d love to compare notes.

2. Scaling Revenue Operations Without Headcount Bloat

The term “lean RevOps” gets thrown around a lot — but what does it actually look like?

I’m hoping to talk with fellow operators about:

  • How they’re prioritizing RevOps work when headcount is frozen
  • Which automations and integrations are really moving the needle
  • Whether they’re building in-house or exploring RevOps as a Service

It’s a challenge many of our clients face, and there’s no one-size-fits-all answer — but the community usually has great real-world ideas.

3. Using Salesforce as a True GTM Platform (Not Just a CRM)

Salesforce isn’t just a data repository — it can be the operating system for your revenue engine. But far too often, teams are only scratching the surface of what it can do.

I’m curious to hear:

  • How companies are leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud in 2025
  • What’s working when it comes to lifecycle automation, attribution, and reporting
  • How ops teams are enabling frontline reps to use Salesforce without needing a cheat sheet

Whether you’re deep into Salesforce optimization or just trying to get the basics working — I’d love to swap insights.
