Heather Davis Lam


Heather Davis Lam is the Founder & CEO of Revenue Ops LLC.  

Prior to founding Revenue Ops LLC, Heather worked in sales operations, marketing operations, and revenue operations for established corporations, higher education, and startups.

Heather holds a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of South Florida, and an MBA from Stetson University, and has a deep love for all things related to revenue operations technology, processes, and analytics.

Well-versed in analyzing and mitigating risk and finding cost-effective solutions. Diligent and adept at managing long term releases using traditional waterfall & agile methodologies. Expert in product development, release planning, change management, and product strategy.
